Be ready to go by making a visual board the first thing you see when you wake up: great pictures, inspirational words and circles representing various areas of your life with what you’ve achieved already and your ultimate goals for each and everyone of them. Falling asleep seeing those at night will also make your brain work the extra mile. See the magic happen!
Keep hydrated with this heatwave is crucial to remain clear minded and healthy. Water with fresh lemon juice will flush out any built up acidity and lower inflammation. Let’s not forget some beauties like watermelon packed with vitamin C, A, B1, B5, B6 and minerals like Magnesium and Potassium as the extra sweating flushes out a lot out of our body. Watermelon is made of 92% of water so full of goodies. It can support the heart, digestion and eyesight. It also helps your hair and skin to blossom. Why not add some watermelon in your water bottle to give it that extra taste and sexyness?
Also it is easy to choose salads over cooked food however your stomach might become acidic long term. So why not, cook some ratatouille and eat it cold at work or on a picnic the following day? Olive oil, courgettes, tomatoes, aubergines, red or green peppers, garlic and parsley. Add some Herbes de Provence and you are good to go. It is a rainbow of colours packed with vitamins good for the heart in more ways than one. Your digestion will be smooth and you might become addicted to this easy recipe all year around. Enjoy!
