About me

 How a French girl like me from the heart of the Pyrenees, natural border between France and Spain, ended up in London and set up The Metamorphic Way?

Well for a start, those magnificent mountains kept me very much in tune with Nature, and grounded despite the nomadic life of my military father.

My Grandmother, a farmer named Valerie always said to me: “Follow your destiny”.

As a child, I thought there was no other way to live my life. Children know best, don’t they?

As I grew up, life got busy, fascinating and slightly complicated.

Travelling between Paris, NY,  LA, Tokyo, Beijing​, Moscow, Acapulco, Montego Bay, Bombay, Kuala Lumpur, Marrakech, ​Istan​​bul, Milan, Athens, Munich, Amsterdam, Madrid and London helped me fine-tune a certain understanding and reading of human behaviour​… As I stretched my wings, the mind followed. It was a great school of life.​

With incessant travelling, staying grounded was a necessity. I remember buying in NY, my first self-help book from Louise L.Hay, “Heal your life”. That was the start of my search for a more balanced and centred life through various self-development techniques.

This very rich and diverse spectrum of life has naturally led me to the world of Metamorphic Technique I’ve been using since 2006.

In 2007, I became a MT practitioner training in London with MT Teacher Dominique Meeroff, and later set up “themetamorphicway.com” which brings my versatility, life experiences and grounding to the perfect realization. In 2009, I received my Teacher training with Gaston St Pierre, founder of the Metamorphic Association.

I then​ trained as a Life Coach with Jennifer Hough, and I’m now a Certified Life Coach. I learned Atma Kriya meditation with the well-respected Teresa Hale and Tsuboki Japanese Facial massage with Anne Parry. I’m attending seminars and lectures to ensure an ongoing training and update to the latest techniques. Always learning and expanding.

Also I’ve had the privilege to speak at some of Ladies Who Lunch events, founded by Sandy Parris on how to prevent stress, maintain well-being, ​and stay in alignment with ourselves following the launch of my book: “How to make your life work: daily guide to sanity”.

I’m a firm believer in destiny like my grandmother, and in the capacity in all of us ​to reach our full potential. Each and everyone of us have a specific purpose in this life. ​I’m passionate about giving a helping hand, being the catalyst then see people fly on their own, being peaceful and fulfilled. There’s no bigger joy for me. Seeing them rediscover their true Self is simply beautiful…just like the Pyrenees! Et voila!
